How can I return my item(s)?

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally.
What currency the prices are in?
Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Afterpay.
How do I know what size to choose?
All our items are in Australian sizing. However, if the garment is small or large-made, we will state this in the product description. We provide a rough sizing chart on each product page. If you still have specific questions about the fitting of an item or measurement guideline, please email us as we are more than happy to help.
I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately at info@firstdesign.com.au. We generally process orders within 2 hours and once we have processed your order for shipping, we are unable to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed on our website. Cancelled orders will be returned as a store credit as per our returns policy Please get in touch with our team at info@firstdesign.com.au for more infomation
I like something but it's out of stock, what can I do?
Contact us at info@firstdesign.com.au or DM your item information via our Facebook/Instagram pages. We will send out an email if the item is restocked.
Can I order sizes and colours for my bridesmaids?
Yes, you can but for selected styles only. Contact us for more information.
How does Store Credit work?
When returning an item, you will receive Store Credit with no expiry date via email to use for the next purchase.You will be able to apply your store credit on the checkout before you get to payment. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Purchases made with store credit are not eligible for free shipping. Store credit cannot be use in conjunction with any other promo code.
Please note: If your new order falls below AUD$100 after the store credits have been applied, you will be charged for postage. Free shipping only applies to new orders that is over AUD$100, excluding use of store credits.
Can I use online Store Credit at physical store?
No. Online store is a different department to the physical store. Return for your orders will only be processed directly through our online store.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
No. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. please see our full Return policy.
Please note
Our online stock differs from the stock available in our boutique at Auburn. We offer the option of picking up the item(s) in store once ordered and can happily arrange for an exchange if needed. Our Deluxe Collection is available at our boutique for review.
